At our 15 min free consult we will briefly chat about your child’s sleep concerns, to see if we can help.

We will listen and help you choose a sleep method that fits you and your family.

Our sleep consultant recommends a sensitive approach when it comes to sleep consulting.

Sleep Consultant Packages – Once you have decided on the plan that is right for you we will book your first consultation in.

This is where we email you your intake form to fill in or we can bring this to our first meeting if you have booked an in-home consultation.

We will also look at your child’s sleep environment, in case we may need to adjust their room.

Once we have all the information we need we will explain in detail the different methods and choose one that fits your family.

If you have chosen our half day in-home consultation we will also stay and help you implement the method you have chosen.
